Edward Sze
Chief Excutive Officer
Edward Sze is an executive leader and business owner with over 20 years of experience in network design, operational efficiency, and large-scale technology logistics.
Since 2007, he has served as a driving force behind ICC’s growth, managing full-time employees and orchestrating the company’s expansion into new markets, including Texas. Edward is the co-architect of the proprietary ICC-ML technology logistics platform, a system utilized by major K-12 institutions to reduce labor expenses and improve service delivery speeds. His expertise lies in designing and executing system process improvements that impact the bottom line, allowing him to administer multi-million dollar budgets while maintaining a focus on strategic targeted growth.
Izzie Keil
Vice President
Izzie Keil is a seasoned executive leader with a proven track record in driving sales, account management, and strategic project expansions alongside key business partners.
Originally the Founder and President of Internetworking Specialists, Inc., she successfully merged her company with ICC to expand its offerings. In her current role, she spearheads the sales division and serves as the primary executive contact for major clients, including the New York City Department of Education, ensuring contract compliance and long-term retention since 2007. Izzie is instrumental in locating leads, generating prospective business opportunities, and compiling business proposals for RFPs and bids, working closely with the executive team to price out complex projects.
John Wu
Chief Operating Officer
John Wu brings 20+ years of Fortune 500 corporate experience to ICC, Inc.
Since joining us in 2021, John has revamped ICC’s internal operational structure to be more consistent with what has been adopted at corporations across the nation, adding more efficiency to our operations. As COO, John is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, providing instruction and guidance to mid-level management to ensure the fluidity of daily activities. His responsibilities include resource and capacity planning to ensure the timely completion of deployment goals and holding internal meetings to establish operational benchmarks. John acts as the primary conduit for clients on the operations side, maintaining constant contact to discuss existing projects and justify any deviations in operational planning.
